Process is all over the place. They tend to ghost candidates. Indicate incorrect names of interviewers. My interviewer looks like she just woke up, not professional at all as she was late too. Admitted that she doesn't have my CV yet she doesn't want to understand it when I was explaining my experiences.

First was Telephonic round from recruiter,, technical test, Final round with head of dept and HR round. The whole process took around 2 weeks and had to continuously chase recruiter.
