My interview process in Willis was good. 1st Round-Technical-telephonic--- Questions on MVC 3,Filters,Routing,Jquery,TPL,Authentication in ASP.NET. 2nd Round- Client-US- Agile Methodology,Scrum,MVC,ASP.NET 3rd Round- HR Round- Cleared They offered a good hike around 45%,but I already had multiple offers from all the Top 5 consulting firms with a 90% hike.So declined the offer.
