Very nice and easy to interview. They offer virtual interview, so I don't have to go in person. They contacted me about a week after I applied. The interview process with recruiter also very nice and easy. I love that they provide information about the pay rate so you can decide whether or not you would like to take the job.

Behavioral interview asking—how would you handle…. What would you do if…..you don’t agree with a policy, what would you do? All behavioral questions and peer reviews are done. I would encourage to shadow on a unit before interviewing
