It was a multi-tier interview process. First, I was interviewed over the phone by employees in the HR department. That interview went well, and then they referred me to another HR representative, who talked to me over the phone. That also went well, so I went to an in-person interview with the head writer. That interview went well too, so I took a writer's test. After that, I never heard back.
