First, I received a called from the HR director offering me an interview, which I then met with her a couple days later. After interviewing her, she liked me and contacted the branch manager to where I was applying which I then met with an hour later. I received a call within 48 hours offering me the position. Both interviews were extremely easy and relaxed.

Phone screen, then in person interview. The people were kinder than most places I have interviewed. Make sure to dress the part, I felt underdressed. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, there were about 8 customer service related questions.

Very nice and professional . Excited to hopeful start working for them as I enjoy the banking world and help clients with financial needs. They offer good benefits. Pay Is ok. Hrs are nice with weekends off.
