A relatively average yet thorough process. I felt it was fair and that the company wanted to hear not only about my background, but also my thoughts and ideas as to how I could expand and grow the role that I was applying for.

Entrevista
Straightforward interview process with standard experience based questions. Multiple rounds of interviews with HR recruiter, hiring manager, and team members. Communication was consistent between interview rounds, with clear dates for next steps.
Very behavioral question focused. An initial screening with an HR assistant followed by a more formal interview with an HR manager. The last interview was with a panel. Overall a good experience.

Via une société de conseil pour une mission au sein de l'entreprise Faiveley transport à Neuville-en-ferrain. Présentation de la mission et de l'entreprise par la société de conseil, puis rencontre physique pour l'entretien. Puis retour très rapide de l'entreprise pour prendre mon profil.
