Knowledgeable and impressive manager led career introduction interview and I learned a lot about the career and was given great information to decide if I wanted to continue on to a 1:1 interview. No pressure - no gimmicks - I appreciated this approach when considering changing careers. One on one is completed after personality test and more focused on --is this the career for me and how do I plan to be successful in this career - contacts - friends - circles of influence etc - where will my clients come from.

Spoke to a representative at the career fair. Then they followed up with an email and a pre-screening questionnaire. Then a phone call interview. Next day received an email with their decision.
