After posting a resume on Career Builder I received a call within 3 days. I went to the office and found that I would not be meeting with the managing partner as they had stated previously, and met with two women in the office. They asked extremely simple questions and followed up with a computer test asking questions about how many connections I had.

Spoke to a representative at the career fair. Then they followed up with an email and a pre-screening questionnaire. Then a phone call interview. Next day received an email with their decision.
