After the interview I was told to take another online assessment. After passing that the recruiter set up another interview with one of their area vice president. I was told by the avp that he will let me know the outcome by the afternoon. But the afternoon never came. Asked the recruiter for an update. He told me that the avp will call me. Again never got a call. I moved on. Their lack of management skill with top positions shows why there is a massive employee turnover. Keep it as the Last resort if you can't find any other job.
