Very positive experience. This was for a temp role over Christmas and the interview was one on one with no group aspect. Pretty informal with the usual questions about customer service etc. also had to write out a plan of action from a workbook on how you would react to certain situations within the store.

I applied for a part time role while at sixth form. The interview was conducted as a group of about 10 of us.
We had to complete an online questionnaire before being invited to interview that was scenario based.
Lengthy process, four rounds to be a sales assistant. Had to sell a product to a group of people. Phone interview, group interview and one on one. Offer given really promptly. Good interview process.

Entrevista
I had Face to face with few of the questions and had a group discussion, interview and some conflicts to solve based on our knowledge and experience. It took us 3 hours to finish all the process. They were really nice and helpful.
