Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 5 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Waitrose (Hailsham, England) em nov. de 2016
Entrevista
Filled out an online application and long online questionnaire (using mostly common sense). I learned that I was successful in this and was invited to an interview.
I was taken through the shop to wait above the store for the interview. It was about a 5 minute wait before the interview started. The lady who interviewed me was very nice but I struggled on some of the questions as they expected you to recall an experience from the past to show that you have certain qualities.
After the main interview I was asked to fill out a written "test" in silence where a number of fictional employees had to be understood and you had to decide their various work priorities. This caught me off-guard and was quite challenging. I was able to apply some common sense to it but it struck me as very awkward, something that I couldn't have prepared for. There was a time limit for it.
A couple of days after the interview I was e-mailed that I hadn't been successful. They gave me the opportunity to enter their online employee database or whatever it was, but I didn't want to.

They asked some basic questions; it was a very friendly atmosphere; the recruitment process is very straightforward; I think it takes no more than two weeks. First a telephone interview, then an interview with the managers
it was a normal customer service interview with competency and situational questions and questions about yourself and all that kind of stuff. very basic part-time job interview that anyone could get through

Completed an online assessment that was harder than it seemed and then did an in person interview with one of the managers. She was very friendly and I felt at ease.
