Group interview and then a one to one interview. Applied for the job online and had to do an online questionnaire which gave you various different scenarios and you had to decide how best you would deal with them.

Online test multiple choice scenario questions an ranking yourself, then 2nd stage is interview and work in group to solve questions like e.g. what do you do if we don't have a certain product a customer wants

Group interview, had several people split into smaller groups which they then asked to collaborate on questions. Seemed important to be communicative, and open to the feedback of others interviewing.
