Online google meet after doing an online test. Lasted about 20 minutes and was asked normal questions with a few warm up/get to know me questions which weren’t marked. The person was friendly and made me feel comfortable.

They asked some basic questions; it was a very friendly atmosphere; the recruitment process is very straightforward; I think it takes no more than two weeks. First a telephone interview, then an interview with the managers
it was a normal customer service interview with competency and situational questions and questions about yourself and all that kind of stuff. very basic part-time job interview that anyone could get through
