It felt more like being grilled than having a conversation. I could feel and hear the judgement after every one of my answers and it made me very uncomfortable. I would not work for them even if they offered the job.

They asked about every job I’ve ever had and details on each one - even if the job ended 10 years ago.
The process began with email correspondence with human resources. Then a zoom interview was scheduled with the director of nursing due to covid. The interview was less than 20 minutes.
