applied online, recruiter emailed list of questions to answer in writing that could have been discussed on the phone. she scheduled a time with the person who last had the position before talking with me or reading the essay I took the time to write late on the weekend so I could get it back to her. the recruiter scheduled phone time with me but still had not read my response either. when I tried to follow up via email 2x, the recruiter did not respond. over the weekend, I received a late night auto generated rejection. I found this odd since they were actually personable and somewhat nice in the beginning. I guess I will no longer be a customer there based on the lack of personal response.
