Apply online then go into store to complete the skills test. Was very short in 2010, they changed it recently. Shortly afterwards if you did well on the skills test they call you in for a 1:1 interview. After the interview if they want to offer you a job you take a drug test while they perform a background check.
Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
