apply online, phone interview, one on one interview, drug test back ground check and conditional offer made pending results of background and drug check. Just be yourself and don't lie cause they are very thorough and will find out. HR people are good people no complaints there at all. You will do at least one phone questionaire thing then they will schedule you for a one on one and everything else. Just be yourself don't just tell them what you think they want to hear because you will be wrong. Good luck
