The 2 interview process was simple and relatively easy. Interview 1 was with an interviewer who clearly didn't care much, asked me a few simple questions then told me they liked my 4 year degree for manangment training. The interview was 10 minutes, plus 5 because the interviewer was late. Interview 2 was avout 20 minutes, but asked all the same questions but one. This interviewer actually cared more about what she was doing. While I waited, the other employees where very nice and I could tell they were happy at their jobs.

Very easy and casual interview. The hiring manager asked common interviewing questions and why I wanted to work there. They asked if I had any previous sales experience and my hours.
