When I applied to Walgreens, it took them 1 month before calling me back. After the store manager called me, she wanted me to interview in person. The question are pretty much the same. Once the interview was done, I got an offer that very same day.

Tell me a time when you made a mistake, how did you go about it?
Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
