Phone interview led to an in person interview with an assistant supervisor. He was younger than me but friendly and casual. He opted not to ask me absurd interview questions. He explained the position and verified my work history. Interview then ended.

The interview was arranged over the phone months after I applied. The interview itself was the next day, in-person, and took only 15 minutes or so. I was interviewed by two people.
