Applied online, interviewed with store manager, got hired. Behavioral questions. Describe a time when you worked in a group and there was a conflict. What did you do and how did you react. Describe a time when you had to solve a problem, what was it and how did you solve it. Describe a time when you improved on something or created something to improve your last job.

It was an extremely easy interview process. I sat with the store manager for around 20 minutes. They have material they go through for the interview, almost like a workbook. You'll be asked questions about your work history, and how you handled certain customer service situations. You'll be asked about how you'd handle customer and employee escalations, and also times you made a customers day better.
