Came to an employment fair and spoke with an HR rep about the different positions that I would qualify for but it turned out that they were really only seeking cashier positions which was not what I wanted but I proceeded with the interview anyway.
Simple and quick, just asking for previous experience. All other questions were pretty much related to interpersonal communication, as well as a couple "would you be willing to cover other roles if needed"
Easy, they ask questions and expect genuine answers. Had 2 interviews and they went very well. I was asked about previous experience which I didn’t have but they were understanding of that
