I applied online and within a week the hiring manager contacted me for an interview. I went on Friday and the person there said they don’t hire under the age of 18 ( i’m 16). He told me to call the hiring manger to eliminate confusion. I called him and he told me they system is changing and they do hire at 16 and to come back Sunday and he’ll do the interview himself. I went back Sunday and the same guy was there. Not the hiring manager. He interviewed me and said they’ll be in touch. They basically gave me the run around

Easy interview, assistant manager asked questions about my previous customer service experience. He asked about how would I deal with situations where I'm under stress and my multitasking abilities. After the interview I was given the position, but I had to take computer training and take quizzes to start work.
