Laid back interview. We just want to get to know you as a person to see if you’re personality is a fit for working with customers. We also want to know your availability. Having open availability especially on weekends is a big plus.

This entire procedure was nice and easy. Not very challenging. I was not well prepared. I did not get the offer. It's my own issue. There were some behavioral based interview questions.
