Applied for EXA (currently an MGT). Was interviewed by a panel of three store managers in district office after taking a fairly easy math test. Interview took about 20 minutes. Questions were operational in nature and not difficult. Interviewer seemed more nervous than me. One mostly asked the questions, the others listened and took notes. Supposedly everyone was asked the same questions and graded on them. The questions were fair and not too jarring. Only one was behavioral in nature. Overall pretty easy.
