Very informal. Panel interview with other store managers or district managers. Set of about 15 situational type questions. You are ranked by your answers from 1-5. Five being good. All questions are tell me about a time when this happened to you or how did you handle this situation etc.

The interview was definately more analytical than most store manager opportunities, and was really focusing on marketplace trends and not at all on overall good fit for company culture or teams
The DM was nice and professional. Was transparent in his questions and wanted feedback from me. Up front with the condition of the store he was thinking of putting me in and asked if I was up for the challenge.
