Great. Very smooth. I felt comfortable and very open and candid conversation. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone. They seemed very flexible. During the interview. The questions asked to me were very thorough and detail oriented. They were very open with their responses when I had questions to ask.

The interview was definately more analytical than most store manager opportunities, and was really focusing on marketplace trends and not at all on overall good fit for company culture or teams
The DM was nice and professional. Was transparent in his questions and wanted feedback from me. Up front with the condition of the store he was thinking of putting me in and asked if I was up for the challenge.
