I applied months before they called me back. When they did, they asked me to come in for a skills assessment. They day I did that, they interviewed me right away and it went very well. They told me that if I passed a drug test, I would have the job.

First I filled out an online application, then I was emailed an invitation to take an assessment that last about 20 minutes - and all the questions were about work styles and personality fit

Straightforward and to the point. Not many difficult questions for an entry level job. There were not many questions in general and it was mostly focused on how to handle difficult customer interactions.
