Got called to schedule an in person interview with the store manager. Questions were fairly easy and straight forward (past experience, skills, etc.). Whole interview only took about 20 minutes.
First I filled out an online application, then I was emailed an invitation to take an assessment that last about 20 minutes - and all the questions were about work styles and personality fit

Straightforward and to the point. Not many difficult questions for an entry level job. There were not many questions in general and it was mostly focused on how to handle difficult customer interactions.
