Easy enough, asked basic interview questions and a math test since I was going to be working with money. They want to make sure you are dependable and can speak well in front of customers.

First I filled out an online application, then I was emailed an invitation to take an assessment that last about 20 minutes - and all the questions were about work styles and personality fit
