Honestly not that bad. It was a pretty easy hiring and interview process. You do have to do a second part to the application process in-store. It's basic with some character based questions then some math based questions. The interview was also easy. My interviewer only asked one interview question.

First I filled out an online application, then I was emailed an invitation to take an assessment that last about 20 minutes - and all the questions were about work styles and personality fit

Straightforward and to the point. Not many difficult questions for an entry level job. There were not many questions in general and it was mostly focused on how to handle difficult customer interactions.
