Super easy interview, just a lot of questions like, "if you were in this situation, what would you do?" And, "in the past have you experienced a situation where.... And what did you do to resolve this problem?" Overall it was nice to be face to face with the manager and to get an overall understanding for the job through them.

First I filled out an online application, then I was emailed an invitation to take an assessment that last about 20 minutes - and all the questions were about work styles and personality fit

Straightforward and to the point. Not many difficult questions for an entry level job. There were not many questions in general and it was mostly focused on how to handle difficult customer interactions.
