I submitted my resume and only a couple days later I was contacted to set up an initial interview. My initial interview was with the VP of HR who provided me with a high overview of the company while getting to know me. My credentials were then passed over to a few directors who I would be working closely with if offered the position. My second interview was with the 3 directors only a few days after my initial interview. The interview process was smooth and transparent to be sure I was going to be the right fit for them and they were going to be the right fit for me. The turnaround time was around 2 weeks from initial interview to when I received my offer!
