Overall a great interview process. 3 rounds of interviews and 99% behavioral questions. It was more of a conversation than a cookie-cutter interview. The process took around 1 month from the initial phone screen interview to the offer.
Walker and Dunlop used a series of behavioral interviews, first with an HR rep and second with my potential manager. I recommend using the STAR method to approach/answer questions. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Entrevista
The interview process was seamless. I had two rounds and they were both very behavioral-based questions, directly with the people that I worked with for the summer. I really enjoyed my internship and learned a lot throughout the summer.
