The entire process is long. A job will be posted for 30 days and will take at least 30 more days before they begin interviewing candidates. If you meet the minimum requirements, they will call and schedule an interview 1-2 weeks after speaking to you on the phone. You will be asked to come 10 minutes early to sign paperwork and e-mailed a map of the campus along with the location of your interview. At the time of your interview you will be given 2 pieces of paper, one is a benefits sheet for you to keep and the other is a job description for you to sign and turn back in. This is how they demonstrate EEOC compliance. You will then be taken to a conference room with 3 people, who will each ask you a question and write down what you answer for 10 questions total. After that you will be given a chance to ask any questions you may have. After this, you may be asked to do a skill test, like merging forms on Excel and Word or writing a letter, this test is different for every department and some departments don't have one. After that you leave and if you are rejected, you will receive an e-mail in less than a week. Otherwise, they'll reach out to schedule a second interview. At this point, you will need to round up 5 people to take a survey for you. They need to be reachable via phone or e-mail and they'll tell you it needs to be done in 48 hours. After doing all this, you will interviewed one last time, with two people, one of which you saw in your first interview along with their supervisor. Same format, they ask very generic questions and you're given a chance to ask questions and that's it. You will either be rejected via e-mail or called with an offer from HR.
