A 2 step process with your customer service skills , experience, how many yrs. Days you could work. Hours you want to work . how you get along with other co workers. Your dependable persons and dependable ride to work
Very quick and easy, just your typical average interview. Nothing really much else to be said but apparently that's that. It's an interview, not really anything else beyond that. Didn't feel any way about it, neutral.
Submitted online application then had one-on-one interview with the manager. Chatted about availability and food safety knowledge. Also was asked about customer service knowledge. Heard back from the manager within a few days.

It went well. Smooth not too hard. There were two people. They asked me simple questions. Generic interview questions. Its walmart. If you work hard they will appreciate it. Just takes a while to advance.
