I applied online a month ago, i got a called last week to schedule an interview for today. When i got there i waited like 20 minutes while they were interviewing another candidate. A general manager and the marketing director conducted the interview that lasted like 30 mins with basic questions about my education and work experience. The lady explained to me what the position was about and that it gets a bit stressful at times. At the end she told me that they had more interviews to conduct and that i would hear from them soon if i was chosen. The interview went pretty well in my opinion and they seemed pretty nice. The only thing i didnt like is that the offices are in the back where there is no windows and stuff.

There were 3 case questions one of them was about what would i do in a situation where a customer wants to thank me by giving me concert tickets but the company policies doesnt allow employees to accept any type of gifts from customers? What would i do in that situation?
What would i do if when im walking towards the back office a customer asks me why there's no more gallons of milk in the milk section? How would i handle that situation?
Short n sweet. Straight forward questions, east to answer. Seem desperate to hire someone. I wasn't sure but it seemed like I might be the only one interviewed for this role.

It was a 3 time interview process, with a diverse panel in each interview , felt very repetitive with the questions asked. Was not a long process moved along quite steadily .
