was done on the phone. Phone interviews are difficult. You can't read someones reaction and or see facial expresstion. having an actual person in the room helps to relaxe the applicate. personal interaction, in my opinion is very important. A persons appearence says alot about them. If you work hard to look your best in an interview you will work hard to do your best at day to day tasks

It was a straightforward interview, with no trick questions. The store lead was very helpful she gave me a tour throughout the entire store and that the conclusion of the interview she asked was are still interested in the position. I had a follow up interview the following day.
