Hiring manager chat 30 min, and asked a case question about digital wallet. "Merchants are currently uphappy about their current payout process, what would you do?" And "How would you monitor KPIs?": After implementing changes, track improvements via KPIs like payout speed, merchant satisfaction scores, and reduced customer service queries related to payouts.

I had 4 interviews. Each had different focus and 45-minutes. Then, I had a final 30-min interview with the org's director. It was standard product interviews. So, one was focused on team/collaboration. Another on metrics and data. A third on product sense. And the final one was just general leadership. My last interview with the director was both product sense and market sizing case.

didn't pass the first HM, unprofessional, keep interrupting and frowning, asked some questions without much content for making a logic solution. I just don't think this should be culture here in the U.S. shouldn't be like this in the tech
