Recruiter phone call, hiring manager interview (45 mins), loop interviews of 3 others. Recruiting phone screen was easy. Interview with HM was absolutely horrible - no guidance on what to talk about/what was important to them. Led to a very unproductive conversation.

The recruiter was nice. First round with the HM was not good - it was like pulling teeth as the interviewee. No direct questions, didn't seem like he was listening/felt like he was distracted, no real interaction. Unfortunate.
