I submitted my application via Disneycareers.net and it took them a couple of weeks for them to get back to me about a phone interview. I then had my phone interview with a representative from the marketing team at Disney channel and she asked me to go into the office in person for my last round of interviews. For the last round, I met with four representatives from the company in which they asked me a series of behavioral questions as well as some marketing-specific questions. I felt confident about my interview but a couple weeks later, I received a phone call saying that I did not get the position but my interviewer liked me and pushed my resume forward to ABC Television. I was then scheduled another interview with a representative from ABC and was given the position!
