First did a phone screen then followed up with 6-7 30min calls assessing technical ability and cultural fit. Sadly was turned down at the last stage as I was judged over qualified for the job.

The process was smooth, applied, and was reached out to by an HR person, and a scheduled initial screening interview was conducted. Then moved onto the next stage, where you meet the hiring manager and another HR person.
