First there was a phone screen with a recruiter. Following that, there were two rounds of online interviews. The first was a one-on-one and then the second was a panel interview.

Straightforward process, talked about my past experiences, as well as added a personal element to it to be more personable. Skillset is as important as being able to fit into the team culture. There is no need to prepare a model answer; just be real.
