Had a great interview with a recruiter. It was overall a nice conversation. But I never heard from them again. Don't love that they've gone back to in person just to appease the CEO. Seems they're losing out on good talent by doing so, but they tried to make it sound like a perk. I also asked about recent layoffs, and the recruiter transparently said it had been a rough couple of months. Wasn't promising.

Applied for a few positions with them, then a recruiter reached out to me to schedule an interview with a supervisor and producer on the show. The interview was fine, but it was made pretty clear they already had someone in mind for the role. Also the producer swore that they would get back to me because she hated it when you interview and then the company ghosts you. Well...
