Entrevista
A panel of associates and one partner with a set of questions. The panel allowed me to ask some questions about the firm and everyone seemed very enthusiastic about their experience at the firm. Once the panel interview was over, I had an opportunity to speak one-on-one with another associate. This was much less formal and the idea was to be able talk about the firm's culture. My overall impression was everyone seemed very positive and genuinely happy at that firm.

The interview questions were not challenging, but did take some thought. One question was to provide an example of an adverse situation that I had experienced and describe how I handled the situation.

Entrevista
I met with three members of the hiring committee, two attorneys and a partner. We met at their Lexington location in their conference room. It was a brief interview, maybe lasting a half hour. The attorneys were easy to talk to and they did not behave in the arrogant, pretentious or haughty manner that I have grown to expect from attorneys of their stature and success. I was extremely impressed with their humble and kind personalities. A breath of fresh air! They likely interviewed other candidates that week and I heard back from them within a few days of the interview.

Pergunta 1
They asked about my experience and knowledge of their practice areas and about my own litigation experience. Those were their primary questions. They also offered me the opportunity to ask questions. The attorneys and partner I interviewed with were extremely approachable, down to earth, intelligent and responsive. I could not accept their offer to work with the firm unfortunately. This was primarily due to family issues, but I would recommend taking a position with this firm to any attorney given the opportunity.
