It was fairly straightforward. They asked me my experience and why I wanted to work at Warnaco. I interviewed with two people at the company and the questions were mainly about myself and not situational.

Face to face competency based interview. Based o situational and scenario based. Started with run through cv then asked about certain situations . I have 3 interviews as it was a us based company. And finally met the team who I'd be reporting to before a decision was made. It was a great process as I got to meet many layers within the organisation
