I applied for the job in December and kept following up with the recruiter until they got back to me in March. After the initial telephone interview I was short listed and met with the group in person. They did tell me within two weeks that they had decided to go with another candidate. My advice when dealing with the company is to be patient, the HR process is hurry up and wait. I was employed by another business line within the Time Warner company and that job took more than seven in person interviews, several follow up letters, emails and one whole year before being offered the position.
