Process starts with a Hirevue screen, then a recruiter call. The Hirevue screen asks for salary expectations, and the recruiter doesn't bother to review that. They will push you forward even if there is zero alignment on salary, and they will lowball you. The recruiter was also unprofessional and had very little knowledge of the role they were interviewing for.
I was told that there is room for growth in the role - to grow from an admin into a software engineer. This is not a logical path of growth for administrative roles and showed me that either the recruiter or the company does not see value in administrative roles.
