Thought the interview process was very well organised and I felt I was able to get across what I wanted. The interview process was two stages and the second stage required a presentation based on two questions set by Charlie. I had an opportunity to meet both Michelle and Tom throughout the interview process as well who both made me feel welcomed and had some really great questions. I felt at ease and not pressured at all. Fantastic interview process.
