The owner or one of the Admin interview you. I had the owner and she was very straight to the point. She was very honest when saying that sometimes substitutes feel tired from running from one center to another and to let her know if you ever feel that way. She looks over your resume while you're in the room and has things highlighted and underlined with questions she wants to ask you. It's very informational and conversational.
